The requirement of testing of materials used in the construction industry paved the establishment of X’WELL Testing Services Inc. (X’WELL TSI). It started with the quality tests of soils, aggregates, concrete and concrete products and Nondestructive testing of welds to contractors engaging business with the DPWH, NIA, LGU and private-owned projects. DPWH-BRS accreditation was complied to be able to conduct the tests with government-funded projects.
On September 10, 2009 it was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

X’Well Testing Services Inc. is committed in providing accurate and reliable test and inspection reports thus building a high level of confidence from our valued Clients and achieve customer satisfaction.
In 2020, it processed its application to Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), the implementing arm of DOLE -BWC for its occupational safety and health program including the accreditation for Construction Heavy Equipment Testing Organization (CHETO) however, it was pushed back during the pandemic. In April 2023, X’WELL TSI was granted an accreditation to conduct 3rd party Heavy Equipment Testing and Inspection by OSHC.
Since then, X’WELL TSI has been delivering materials testing services and Third Party Heavy Equipment Inspection and Testing to various Clients in various places of the country.
